2.The preparatory work:cut the dough into flour flake(about 20mm) and Sprinkle some dry flour

4.Make noodles:put the cut knife and Adjust the regulator on the cut knife .Clockwise turn ,the width of noodles will be smaller.anticlockwise turn ,the width of noodles will be longer
5.Make the finished flour In between two roller then make them through cut knife ,then the noodles will be OK
6.Finish:close the power switch then clean the knife and machine
